Chutney and Mayo Oven Baked Chicken

  • 8 Pieces Chicken Pieces
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper To Taste
  • 1 Cup Boiling hot water
  • 1 Cup Chutney Mrs Balls is delish!
  • 1 Cup Mayonaise
  • 1 Packet Brown Onion Soup


  • Place the chicken pieces in an oven safe dish, sprinkle them with salt & pepper. In a mixing bowl mix together all the other ingredients. Pour over the chicken and bake at 180°C for 60 minutes, preheating the oven isn’t necessary.


This chicken dish can be served with anything from potatoes, mash, rice to couscous and is delicious with any kind of veggies.
