  • Period.

Today I’m going to touch down on a topic that still seems to be a bit “taboo”. Periods. Yes, you guys read right, periods. And I’m not talking about the ones that you put at the end of your sentences.  It’s 2019! Now I’m not only talking to the ladies. The days where men are so embarrassed about a woman’s period that they won’t even walk past the sanitary products at the supermarket should end. I really hope that the ladies reading here has male partners that will video call them from the pad isle. A friend of mine’s hubby…

    A re-brand and Inspiration

Recently, without making an announcement I re-branded my entire online presence. I decided it was time for a change. I painted my room, got new sheets and it made me feel good! Let’s rather get to the fun part of this post. As in true blogger tradition I’m going to share my wish/lust list. Just also keep in mind I’m not expecting…

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a post over here touching down on a campaign I will be doing with Builders Warehouse. I was super excited to finally get to DIY my bedroom into something a little easier on the eye! I’ve been planning a bedroom makeover for some time and I’m ecstatic that it’s finally done. But before I woo you with my before and after photos there are some things I’d like to share with you that I learnt while working on this campaign. Painting Tips When going from a very dark colour like I did, it’s…

    Kaaimans Restaurant in Wilderness

Kaaimans Restaurant opened their doors on the 15th of December and is situated next to the Kaaimans River under the the bridge on the pass that makes out a part of the N2 between George and Wilderness going towards Knysna. They’ve been in business now for just over 6 months and thousands of people has visited them in this time. I’m always excited to explore and try new things in my area and I love supporting local. What makes Kaaimans Restaurant different ? They are aiming to be an adventure destination where you can spend an entire day with your…
