When I visited my husband in the Netherlands I fell in love with one of their traditional breakfast treats – Poffertjes, basically they are kinda like mini pancakes, but puffed up. This is one of my favourite chocolate cake recipes, it is really moist and it is also dairy free! The first time ever I made it was together with my grandmother.
