I review | Physicians Formula Classic Nude Eyeshadow Palette

I recently had a little shopping haul at Dischem where I picked up a couple of things which included some makeup brushes, you can read about here. One of the other items I got is the Physicians Formula Classic Nudes Eyeshadow Palette, I’ve read good things about these products and nudes being really hot right now I couldn’t not get it.

The palette has a really cute design with black lace detailing and it closes with a magnet and includes a slanted eyeshadow applicator, making it the prettiest palette I own.

There are 9 nude shades in this palette and what I really love about this it is how the shades have a bit of a shimmer in them, I’m just a sucker for a shimmery eyeshadow.

Unfortunately the shades don’t have names but I’ve gone ahead and swathed them from you matching the order of the shades in the image above.

I’ve used this palette about 4 times and each time I could create a different look, the pigments are not really intense which makes this a perfect palette for daytime use.  The shades are buildable so it can be layered for a more intense effect. The formula is really nice and the eyeshadow stayed on for an entire day. I’ve noticed as well that I can control these shadows a bit more if I apply them with my fingers instead of using a makeup brush. All Physicians Formula products are hypoallergenic making this palette perfect for contact lens wearers and people with sensitive skin

On the side and back of the box the palette comes in is cute little guides of how to apply the shadows and examples of three looks you can create. Edit: All of the Palettes in the Nude range retail for R199

There are so many gorgeous makeup items by Physicians Formula I don’t know which one to purchase next!
